Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refund ("Terms")

We have cool products for you to choose from, and whether you purchase from the CarbonFiberGeek.com Online Store or by calling the CarbonFiberGeek.com Call Center (collectively, the "CarbonFiberGeek Store"), we want to make your experience in learning about, evaluating and purchasing our products a rewarding one.

 As with any other purchase, your purchase at the CarbonFiberGeek.com Store is subject to the terms and conditions. Therefore, please be aware that by placing an order with the CarbonFiberGeek.com Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions as well as CarbonFiberGeek.com's Privacy Policy and Web Page Terms of Use.

Standard Return Policy

We make every effort to design and manufacture products to meet your needs, so we are confident that you will love the products you purchase from the CarbonFiberGeek.com Store. However, we do understand that sometimes you may have different expectations, and while this is highly unlikely, if you do, please be aware of the following terms and conditions regarding product returns.

To return a product, you only need to contact us within 14 days of your receipt of the product to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return the product undamaged with the original invoice (or gift receipt) and original packaging. If the product is returned within the aforementioned time frame, we will either replace it or refund you in the form of your original payment. We will refund you within seven business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that while CarbonFiberGeek.com will refund you within seven business days, the exact time your card will be refunded depends on the internal policies and operating practices of your card issuing bank. Please contact your card issuing bank for any questions regarding when your refund will be returned to your account. Your attention is drawn to the following points:

  • Additional duty shipping charges due to returns are to be paid by the returner.
  • Customized products are not returnable
  • Expedited shipping fees will not be refunded for refunds, and we may charge additional fees for returns of cash on delivery products.

 

CarbonFiberGeek.com Return Policy for Carbon Fiber Products Products

CarbonFiberGeek.com carbon fiber products must be returned in their original packaging with no damage or signs of use and will be tested by CarbonFiberGeek.com's external factory after the return. Depending on your payment method at the time of purchase, a refund will be made via bank wire transfer or to your bank/credit card. If the product is returned in its original packaging and unused condition, we will issue a refund to you within seven business days of receiving the returned product.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Price Corrections

With respect to pricing, CFG reserves the right to change the price of products displayed in the CarbonFiberGeek Store at any time and CarbonFiberGeek reserves the right to correct pricing errors that may have occurred unintentionally. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and allow you to proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. If CarbonFiberGeek.com reduces the price of any CarbonFiberGeek.com branded product within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the product, please contact CarbonFiberGeek.com to request a refund of the difference between the price you paid and the current sales price, or in exchange for a credit. You must contact CarbonFiberGeek.com within 14 calendar days of the price change to receive a refund or credit. Please note that this policy does not apply to limited-time price reductions, such as those made during special sales events such as Christmas.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

The information contained in CarbonFiberGeek.com constitutes an invitation to make an offer only. Any such information does not constitute an offer by us to supply any product. You are making an offer to us by placing an order to purchase the product(s) of your choice under these terms and conditions. We may accept your offer at our sole discretion. Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or short message. However, your receipt of an order confirmation email or short message does not indicate that CarbonFiberGeek.com has accepted your order and does not constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell; it is merely an acknowledgment that we have received your order. Once we have processed your order and are ready to ship it, we will send you another email or short message stating that we have accepted your order, which will include shipping details ("Order Acceptance Email" or "Order Acceptance Short Message "). We reserve the right to accept your order at our sole discretion. Because we want to ensure that your products are in stock, we will not accept your order until we have your products ready for shipment. In most cases, in-stock items will be ready for this process within 48 hours. When items are not in stock, you will not receive an email or text message accepting your order until the items are in stock and ready to ship. carbonFiberGeek may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit the number of orders. carbonFiberGeek may request additional eligibility information from you before accepting or processing any order.

Payment Options

During the course of communication with our sales staff, the pro forma invoice or contract sets forth the payment options available to you for products purchased at CarbonFiberGeek.

Shipping and Delivery

Please check the updated responses from our sales staff to find out how and when your products purchased at CarbonFiberGeek.com will be delivered.

Once your ordered products leave our premises, the actual delivery may be subject to many events beyond CarbonFiberGeek's control, so CarbonFiberGeek cannot be held responsible for late delivery. If we are unable to deliver your products to you within 90 days of the date of your order acceptance email or short message, you may choose to cancel your order. The estimated delivery time for your order is subject to product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time, and does not include in-transit time. We will not begin processing payment until we have received all required information and you will be required to pay in full. For backorders, CarbonFiberGeek must receive your payment by the date indicated in the email or short message with payment instructions or your order will be canceled. In these few cases of delayed shipments, we will send you a notice with an adjusted estimated shipping time.

Given that CarbonFiberGeek is responsible for the delivery of products purchased in the CarbonFiberGeek.com Store, the risk of loss or damage associated with such products will then pass to you or your designee when you or your designee achieves physical possession of the products. When the carrier picks up the product from our warehouse, the liabilities & rights to the product will pass to you. At this time you will receive a shipment notification email. If there are any questions or problems with the delivery, please contact CarbonFiberGeek.com to resolve them.

 

Applicable to worldwide sales

CarbonFiberGeek.com products are subject to the requirements of Chinese and international export control laws and regulations, and the purchase, sale, export, re-export, transfer and use of CarbonFiberGeek.com products must comply with the provisions of the laws and regulations of the aforementioned country or region.

Product Availability and Restrictions

Due to the popularity of some of our products, or due to product availability restrictions, CarbonFiberGeek.com may limit the number of products available for purchase. CarbonFiberGeek.com reserves the right to change the number of products available for purchase at any time, even after you have placed your order. In addition, in the event that CarbonFiberGeek.com has confirmed your order but subsequently learns that the ordered products are not available, CarbonFiberGeek.com will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

CarbonFiberGeek Manufacturer's One-Year Limited Warranty Policy

CarbonFiberGeek offers a one-year manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on any new CarbonFiberGeek branded product. Non-CarbonFiberGeek.com branded products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product - see your product's packaging and description text for details.

Data Protection

By placing an order, you agree that we may store, process and use the data you provide for the purpose of processing your order. By placing an order, you also agree that we may transfer such data (other than credit card information) to other companies in the CarbonFiberGeek group of companies in order to provide you with information from time to time about other CarbonFiberGeek products and services that may be of interest to you, if you so indicate in the relevant section of the checkout page. If you do not consent to our transfer of such data to other companies in the CarbonFiberGeek group of companies for the purpose of providing you with information about other CarbonFiberGeek.com products and services from time to time, you should expressly decline consent by mail or in writing. Upon written request, you may obtain a copy of the data we hold about you. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such a request. If any of the data we hold on you is incorrect, we will correct it upon your written request.
