To give you a good buying experience, Please understand that CFG is both an importer, exporter, and manufacturer based in Guangdong, mainland China, each item displayed on our website is for wholesale only, therefore, we may not sell our products one by one. In order for our products to enter your warehouse smoothly, sample orders with a value under 1000$ can be shipped by couriers no matter if you have an import license or not. But for mass production orders, it is necessary for you to have the ability to clear customs or you have experience in importing goods from overseas, or you have a broker or agent who can help you deal with import clearance matters.

1.       Can you produce according to our samples or drawings, Can I just buy a few samples first?

Yes, we can provide OEM or ODM service for our customers, if you have any different designs or you wanna put your logo on the products or custom your own packaging. We are here to help.

2.       What's the MOQ of your products?

That really depends on the product you need, normally we only ask for minimum quantities from customers, for example, for iPhone 13 phone cases we only ask for 20 pcs of MOQ if you stick to our own SKUs, But if you need a custom design, then we have to increase the quantities to our factory workday capacity which is 500 pcs. For popular patterns such as 3K carbon fiber products, we may not ask for MOQ, but for a rare pattern such as honeycomb jacquard carbon fiber. We have to ask for a higher quantity due to the supplier's policy. Anyway, it helps to ask our sales team to check first before your purchase.

3.       What payment terms do you accept?

We accept TT/LC/WesternUnion as our premium payment terms, the percentage of prepaid deposit is negotiable based on agreed trade incoterms.

4.       How much production lead time of my order?

Depending on different order quantities, Our production lead time can be as quick as 3 days if you order a trial order, for large quantity orders, the production lead may be around 15~45 days.

5.       Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have QCs & QAs to deploy full inspection before delivery.

6.       Can I have my cargo inspected before loading or shipping?

Yes, welcome to send your inspector to check the goods ensure in good quality conditions.

7.       Can you arrange any test or 3rd party test for the product I selected?

Sure, we can provide samples or products for any of your tests, or send them to 3rd party labs to obtain reports for you first, such as UL, SGS, BV, and so on.

8.       What kind of shipping way you use?

We can have your cargo shipped via couriers such as DHL/TNT/EMS/UPS or via shipping companies by sea or by railway based on your requests.

9.       How long is the delivery time?

By air: Normally 3~5 working days worldwide, based on our shipping supplier's serving experience

By sea: Normally 6~45 calendar days from closer countries to the furthest countries in the world.

10.   What's the warranty of the carbon fiber products I bought?

We provide a global warranty of 12 months for the majority of our products, we will clarify it in the sales contract either.
